Modularize deploy-app and review-app skills into shared modules (templates, checklists, sorting, image-pinning, test-and-commit, common-issues). Integrate mempalace.yaml, entities.json, and .claude/mcp.json into the agent system. Fix stale references, mise exec -- prefixes, Forgejo workflow, and namespace convention for app manifests.

- Extract shared logic from deploy-app and review-app into reusable
  modules (templates/, checklists/, sorting.md, image-pinning.md,
  test-and-commit.md, common-issues.md)
- Add kubesearch step to deploy-app workflow
- Fix fix-flux to look up ks name before reconciling
- Correct Forgejo PR workflow across all skills (tea, not gh)
- Remove all mise exec -- prefixes (tools resolve directly in repo)
- Add memory-config.md reference documenting mempalace.yaml,
  entities.json, .claude/mcp.json
- Create .claude/mcp.json with three ToolHive cluster gateways
- Expand entities.json with full cluster entity list
- Fix stale sorting-instructions.md ref in add-oidc-app
- Correct namespace convention: omit namespace from app manifest
  metadata (Kustomization targetNamespace handles injection)
